Are the maps not big enough? Like the guy who makes videos where he runs around on the racetrack in Miami, shooting people with a sniper rifle. Item idea: Memory-altering serum Posted: 24 Sep 2020 11:38 AM PDT So I was thinking about the utility of the Kalmer and Sieker and how they allow non-SA-ruining ways of dealing with non-targets, but have very limited resources. Whether you think they're OP or not, you have to admit that they're both unique and useful. Along those lines, I was thinking about an item concept like this: - A vial of Ether-brand memory-altering serum with one dose. - Design similar to the serum Lucas Grey gave to 47 to restore his memories. - Can only be applied at neck-snap range on pacified NPCs. - Replaces the neck snap prompt while the vial is equipped. - When applied, eliminates the "witness" status from the NPC, restoring SA if only that NPC voided it. In short, it's essentially a non-lethal alternative to killing witnesses, but requires a loadout slot. What do you think? [link] [comments] | ||

You can shoot someone 5+ times in the chest, and it still won't kill them if you're not in the same room. I don't think it would be overpowered if guns did just a little more damage from long ranges.
