"No Evidence" should take more into account Posted: 16 Mar 2020 04:16 PM PDT I find the things the current iteration of the "No Evidence" achievement takes into account pretty underwhelming and think it would be a big improvement if ioi added several other factors besides "no bodies found" and "no camera recordings" for Hitman 3:
I think those changes would be both more realistic and create more interesting gameplay. What do you think? [link] [comments]

[SPOILER][not really] Question about Providence/Lore Posted: 16 Mar 2020 08:12 PM PDT (The Spoiler notice is just because I discuss plot, but considering how old Hitman 2016/Hitman 2 is, I don't know if it's needed. I am only keeping it to abide by the subreddit's rules) Hello, Reddit! I am a new player to Hitman (2020 Gang, where you at?), and I am very interested in this game's lore, so much so that I sort of Wikipedia'd the whole game's lore. And something stuck out to me, as a writer/nitpick of worldbuilding: why would Providence want to overthrow the Moroccan government via coup d'état? This goes into worldbuilding, but a secret society needs motive. I assume we don't know their full motive, besides the vague "control world politics" line. However, their development and production of the virus in Sapienza made sense. They wanted a specialized virus to eliminate any perceived threats. But why do they want their right hand man in Morocco? What does Morocco have that the US, UK, France, Germany, etc doesn't? There needs to be some form of motive. The coup is needed for their ulterior motive. The whole storyline with Grey and how he manipulated the ICA was brilliant. Everything made logical sense, from the IAGO list in Paris to the coordinated attacks on Providence and the subsequent (accidental) cover-up by the ICA. Yet, our friends at Providence seemingly chose Morocco because of how beautiful the country is. If someone actually knows this, I would appreciate it. Tl;dr: Why did Providence specifically want to launch a coup in Morocco? How did it fit their goals? Thank you, and sorry if I rambled [link] [comments]
Posted: 16 Mar 2020 02:04 PM PDT So I was watching a friend stream the latest Hitman 1 & 2 on Discord, and as a joke I suggested to him the weirdest challenge I could think of- The One and Done Challenge:
2.) You can use disguises during the mission, but you change outfits you can no longer use that disguise or any previous disguise used on that mission. 3.) You are still allowed to use duplicates of items as long as you haven't used that particular item during the mission. (E.g. if you use a specific pistol A, you may use any variant of pistol A as long as it is not the specific pistol A that you used earlier.) 3a.) The duplicate clause does not apply to Disguises/Outfits Optional Clauses: 1.) Boycotting- Once you use a specific item, you can no longer use any other variant of that item (E.G. If you use any brand of Pistol A, you are no longer allowed to use any variant of Pistol A) 2.) Dry Cleaning's Expensive Man- you are not allowed to change into any outfits/disguises. You must keep the outfit/disguise you chose while picking your loadout (. . .) And that's it, if you have any more suggestions, post them in the comments. And to those who try to attempt this challenge, good luck Agents. [link] [comments]

Posted: 16 Mar 2020 11:26 AM PDT I've been replaying both lately. The mechanics of Absolution I think are better but the story in Blood Money is more captivating. Which game do you guys think is superior? [link] [comments] |
