In the 2016-18 games, every mission feels like you’re attacking orgs too big to fail. Posted: 23 Dec 2020 07:11 PM PST As you let the story unfold in each mission, it's clear that your targets have plans for tomorrow and the future, and that they feel so safe with their power. And it leaves me with a weird feeling. If I view with the lens of myself, I feel I am taking on too big of a task, taking on these impossible missions. 47's abilities and confidence of course evens out the playing-field, but it feels almost like I'm ending a real life taking out some targets. Their potential is ended, and I feel a bit melancholic. Of course their misdeeds couldn't go on in most cases, but in many cases I pity the targets. The gameplay itself is spectacular, much in thanks to the atmosphere, but that little element of ending plans is just captured so spectacularly. I don't feel that in other games. I just wanted to share this thought. I wonder what you guys think of this take. [link] [comments]

Can we just assume Hitman 3 install size for owners of Hitman 1 & 2 will be massive? Posted: 23 Dec 2020 03:46 PM PST If I recall Hitman 2016 was around 70 gigs on my hard drive. Hitman 2 with the legacy content is sitting just under 150 gigs on my hard drive. Can we just assume Hitman 3 (with legacy content installed) will be sitting over 200 gigs? [link] [comments]

Posted: 23 Dec 2020 06:24 PM PST Not sure if they have revealed all the maps and venues but a casino level would make a really cool map. Tons of setup for opportunities and kills. The actual location could be Vegas, Macau, Lisbon or Singapore. [link] [comments]
Romania as the final Hitman 3 map? Posted: 23 Dec 2020 06:16 AM PST Wouldn't it be a poetic send off to this trilogy of Hitman games with Romania being the last map in Hitman 3? It is where 47 was "created" after all. Romania has been in other Hitman games before, and I think it'll be fitting to end the trilogy here. The level could be a small town or village similar to Sapienza or Santa Fortuna but in the snowy mountains of Romania + woodsy forests instead of a seaside town or a jungle. Thoughts? Posted: 24 Dec 2020 12:37 AM PST So ive been looking at tictourals for SASO sniper Assassin snd not a-lot of them. Im trying to unlock the classic lockpick. Do i need to do all of it in the mission or can i do the challenges 1 by 1? [link] [comments]
Posted: 23 Dec 2020 11:18 AM PST A nice visual change that comes with HITMAN 3 would be a knife getting bloody when you use it. It would look different depending on how you use it. If you stab someone, the entire knife will get bloody and if you slice someone's throat, only the side you used to slice their throat will get bloody. It's a pretty small change but it would be a nice thing to have. [link] [comments]
If IO Interactive did a Kane & Lynch-themed bonus campaign Posted: 23 Dec 2020 11:59 PM PST IO Interactive should do a Kane & Lynch-themed bonus campaign, giving the characters of Kane and Lynch a definitive ending as targets of the player as 47. There's no need/demand for a Kane & Lynch sequel, but they'd make interesting targets, perhaps as the primary (and most difficult) targets of their own respective levels. Anyway, thought it would be neat to see, and figured I'd bring it here to discuss. Not necessarily as a direct sequel to those games, but a sort of soft-reboot similar to Hitman 2016; or, alternatively, similar to how Modern Warfare 2019 works as a reboot, recycling characters/aspects of the original story, incorporating new elements, expanding on others. Level designs and atmosphere would be evocative of locations from Kane & Lynch: Dead Men and Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days (i.e., Retomoto Tower in Tokyo, the neon-lit concrete of Shanghai, etc.), and secondary targets could help tell a self-contained story. Thoughts? [link] [comments]
Codename 47: Lee Hong: cannot escape Posted: 23 Dec 2020 06:01 PM PST Hello! I am stuck with the escaping after successfully killing Lee Hong. I am not poisoning his guard, just killing him as is and then running as fast as I can. Then I get to rendezvous point between 2 trees, but nothing happens. I know that I did everything in the mission, because if I die it prints that 4 goals are accomplished. What am I doing wrong? [link] [comments]
Guessing where the next H3 locations may be. Posted: 23 Dec 2020 07:54 AM PST In Hitman 1, we got 2 in Europe, 1 in Africa, 2 in Asia and 1 in North America. In Hitman 2 (without any DLCs and not counting Hawke's Bay), we got 2 in North America, 1 in South America, 1 in Asia and 1 in Europe. Using the pattern we've seen, I'm pretty dead certain the last 2 locations will:

Posted: 23 Dec 2020 02:04 PM PST I find this game hard. Like the challenges I can't do enless I watch a tutorial and follow that, then I just get bored not even playing the game just watching tutorials on how to actually complete the missions. I can't find anything else to do apart from completing the challenges, no other content to go complete. Bit lost, is there a in game guide objectives for the challenges or is there more content in missing? Edit- I know what bounties are, but I find them no fun [link] [comments]
