I speculate that the addition of 47's camera tool will introduce a native Photo Mode.

    Posted: 16 Dec 2020 09:13 PM PST

Forgive me if this was obvious to most.

While Hitman 2 had an unofficial photo mode with Nvidia's Ansel, the feature was unavailable to console owners and, on the PC, owners of other video cards not AMD. If you do a search on this subreddit and I'm sure the other forums, you'll see an official Photo Mode was a much requested feature for Hitman 2.

I think it's extremely likely because of this, but also because it's pretty hard to come across a modern 3rd-person game nowadays without a Photo Mode. I think Death Stranding on PS4 set the bar, and its features have been replicated in many other games since. There are certain games that only introduce a Photo Mode after the introduction of a camera, like Red Dead Redemption 2 and probably some others I can't name.

I don't think it's been officially announced, but I really, really hope my speculation proves true. I'm still buying Hitman 3 day fucking one but this would make my purchase so much more sweet.

I feel like either Lucas or Diana is going to be a target in Hitman 3

    Posted: 16 Dec 2020 09:05 AM PST

IOI has already proven they love plot twists in their games (there's literally at least 1 in each entty). Since WoA trilogy is a kind of a reboot, none says an old idea cannot be reused (think; Hitman Contracts). And as we know, 3 Providence's leaders are going to be killed in UAE and England. What about the targets for the rest of those maps? Who possibly could that be? We know nothing about them and I am fairly certain we won't receive any other hints. Though yea, these are only my speculations...

The seafood massacre level is basically entirely based on the restaurant assassination in The Godfather, and the final Columbia mission is called "Say hello to my little friend" and features a cocaine fueled drug lord shooting at home invaders.

Would love Hitman 3 to let us unlock more of the weapons in the game for equipping before a mission.

    Posted: 16 Dec 2020 09:11 AM PST

One thing that bugs me about H1 and 2 (2016 and 2018) is that a lot of the weapons in the game (the M4 clone for instance, as well as a lot of fun 9mm pistols) aren't available for your loadout. I think making every weapon in the game a high-level unlock at the very least would be a fantastic way to let us enjoy the sandbox a bit more, especially as a reward for having done a ton of painstaking SASO runs and generally playing stealthy. The ability to spawn in with an M4 and just go to town would be appreciated. I get that there are *other* rifles, handguns etc. that fulfill these gameplay scenarios and which can be unlocked, but keeping some from the player is sort of a bummer for those of us who have done a lot of playing.

Does anyone think Oliva is working with the Constant?

    Posted: 16 Dec 2020 02:28 PM PST

Its a major possibility, here a line of text copied from other redditor.

I am still against Lucas betraying 47. Might be wrong when H3 comes out but I have less of a time imagining Lucas to be a good enough target for an actual map because it rules out a lot of gameplay to approach him. And IoI is probably less likely to mix up the formula for this trilogy to give us a target like that.

My current assumption is Olivia is working with the Constant. She helps Constant escape. She knocks out Diana when Diana goes to check on the Constant and messages Lucas as if everything is fine and to move forward. The issue here is of course that this creates the loop hole that for H3 missions Diana won't be talking in our ear.

If they do manage to explain Diana's absence then either of the above are plausible. Lucas could be betraying 47 or only Olivia.

But one thing making me bet more on it being Olivia is the phone call Vetrova has in the Spa. It's not with either of the other targets. It's with someone who knows their way around computers/tech and helping her erase her tracks but leave enough of a trail. Possibly someone who could also fool Steven who's already a whiz with tech. So, Olivia fits that part. How exactly she ties with Vetrova, unsure. Enough that she doesn't care her getting killed. But I think Olivia has more to her.

And I would honestly prefer they build more on others too, like Diana, Constant and Olivia at this point. Because Lucas is too obvious and bordering on cliche and I don't find him appealing much for any further character development.

This does makes a lot more sense after Hitman 3 trailer aswell and Lucas saying the Constant is trapped.
