    We are super excited to announce a brand new HITMAN 3 location. Welcome to Chongqing, China.

    TRAILER

    The rainy, neon-lit streets of Chongqing are full of shops and food stands, all crammed into narrow alleys and passageways – with plenty of secrets hidden off the beaten path. This Chinese transportation hub is the perfect destination for us to showcase just some of the refinements and improvements coming to the technology that powers HITMAN 3.

    HITMAN 3 is powered by IO Interactive's proprietary Glacier engine and will look, sound and play better than ever with improvements to lighting, reflections, animation and AI. Chongqing also features full water effects with details such as rain drops hitting Agent 47 and his clothes getting wet, all adding to the immersion of experiencing HITMAN 3.

    On next-gen consoles, HITMAN 3 will run in 4K resolution at 60 frames per second with HDR support. Our new 'Under The Hood' trailer also showcases smooth gameplay moments captured in Chongqing that show off the refinements to interaction animation and AI. In other locations, such as Dubai, Glacier's crowd technology will allow up to 300 active NPC's in a location at once.

    HITMAN 3 players can import locations from the previous games in the trilogy and have more than 20+ locations under one roof. All of the improvements to rendering, animation and AI introduced with HITMAN 3 can be enjoyed across all three games, making HITMAN 3 the ultimate place to play the entire World of Assassination trilogy.

    We've been teased with the Po dynasty in Hitman and Hitman II. We've seen the heir apparent in Paris learned of their crimes in Maimi, and eliminated their intelligence apparatus in Singapore.

    Will we finally get our hands on the megalomaniacal Jin Po and his sons Sun and Tren? If so, where? (Chongqing? Dubai? Somewhere else?)

    Customizable weapons?

    I'm sure it's been posted here before, but I was just watching the latest video IOI put out and the thought popped into my head. Imagine customizing your pistols or a rifle with different attachments, silencers, high capacity mags, stuff like that. I was watching John Wick 2 recently and maybe that's fresh on my mind but I'd love to be able to plant a rifle somewhere so I know I can fall back to it if a plan goes to shit. Or throw a silencer on a shotgun (I know, doesn't make much sense but still). I think it would add a lot to the game and would keep you from using the same weapon over and over again. Would love to hear ideas/input.

    Side note: I know John Wick is an action movie and you're not SUPPOSED to get into huge gunfights but still, it'll add even more possibilities and I could be wrong, but I wouldn't think it'd be too difficult to implement

    hi ive bought the standerd bundle for hitman 2 on pc but every time i try to load a mission it goes black screen and shuts down my game but what im confused about is that it loads perfectly fine on the training mission and nightcall.if someone could help it would highly appreciated

    Thread with DLC ideas or ideas for HITMAN III (Includes spoilers from the Hitman movies)

    I just watched those 2 HITMAN movies, Hitman (2007) and Hitman: Agent 47 (2015) and god that gave me some cool ideas that can be implemented in HITMAN III or other future HITMAN games.

    SPOILERS AHEAD! Please watch the movies, they are not as bad as some people said.

    Singapore Airport, Republic of Singapore ( H:A47 )

    Agent 90/Katia van Dees is in an airport, after 47 dresses up as a pilot and disappears into the crowd. She uses her sense to see where the cameras are and use a bit of creativity to pass them unseen. Hiding in the back of a luggage cart, blending in a group of businessmen, behind luggages and so on. That could be amazing to happen in HITMAN III, maybe in a DLC or if there's already a playable airport location, this definitely needs to be implemented.

    Saint Petersburg, Russia ( H 2007 )

    It would be amazing to wander those streets, potentially have a target to assassinate in public from a distance, just like 47 assassinated Mikhail Belicoff using a sniper rifle from a distant construction site. I understand Hitman 2: Silent Assassin had this map, but having a remastered version of it, I'm up for that.

    Istanbul, Turkey ( H 2007 )

    Again, the beauty of that location is amazing. Having something like that in a HITMAN game, phew, that would be fantastic. Maybe add in a little easter egg and add the restaurant from the movie, where 47 abducts Price and poses as him to meet Udre Belicoff at a club, killing him.

    Moscow, Russia ( H 2007 )

    Again, in Russia. Visiting again the cathedral used in the ending of the Hitman 2007 movie would be a nice easter egg and a potential place from where we could assassinate a target.

    Singapore, Republic of Singapore ( H:A47 )

    After the Chongqing location reveal, maybe we could have a bigger route in China, maybe as we try and assassinate a target they flee and we track them down in Singapore. Using the previously mentioned airport as a small intro to Singapore, then we could be in the center of the city, one easter egg would be the Syndicate's building, in an abandoned state.

    Berlin, Germany ( H:A47 )

    It is one of the first locations in the movie, wandering around it, maybe using the subway? Good potential to add Katia's apartment, along with the rooftops, maybe used in a sniper assassination?
