Crazy idea: Apex Predator would've been better if Agents weren't enforcers

    Posted: 24 Apr 2021 12:44 AM PDT

Read me out first; we know that they have the AI to follow the player around subtly (Constant in Sgail) and unsubtly (Stalker in H1 escalations), we also know that they can have have NPCs change path simply based on seeing 47 in a particular room (The Stowaway). It would've been great for them to use this AI to make counter-assassins rather than guards that just have long paths.

Think back to when Hitman has done counter-assassins in the past (Blood Money), they didn't just point a gun at you and tell you to surrender the moment they noticed you, that would make them pretty poor assassins; they were scripted to try lure you to an isolated area then they try kill you without any warning. In Hitman 3 they probably don't need to do the "seduction" thing but they could've had an agent posing as someone asking for help or sell you something, then if you follow them they try shoot you behind a closed door, or they lead you into the sniper's line of sight etc. Have another one who just follows you around like the Colorado Escalation stalker when they notice you and programmed to shoot you if barely any NPCs are around. Stuff like that

I just think it could've been really great to do something properly interesting with the AI rather than just making them glorified guards. Ah well, we can only dream

Anyone else wish there were more mastery levels?

    Posted: 24 Apr 2021 03:37 AM PDT

20 Mastery might seem a lot at first but damn, im two levels away from reaching mastery 20 on Sapienza and even then there are sooo many things i haven't discoverend and kill opportunities i didn't do. You actually reach mastery quite fast tbf, i really wish there were either more mastery levels or you would gain level xp slower.

At the very least they could've made it so player level actually granted you something, so there's some more incentive to complete more challenges.

    I Liked Hitman Absolution

Yeah That's Right You're Looking At A post Made By A Absolution Fan Anyway You're Probably Wondering How The Heck Can This Guy Like Hitman Absolution? Well After Beating HBM I Wanted Something New I was just gonna Buy H3 Dlc when I remembered "wait isn't absolution a thing" and that peaked my curiosity so I went to Cex.com (American Version Of GameStop) and brought Absolution one Play through Later I LOVED IT it's a nice change of pace (for me) it can be annoying as funk sometimes (looking at you Chinese New Year) but overall I'd give it a 8.5/10

IO should implement peer to peer multiplayer so we can still play sniper co op

    Posted: 23 Apr 2021 10:32 PM PDT

Peer to peer multiplayer means IO don't need to run a server, and we can still play the co op sniper mode. It is a fully fledged game mode and really fun with multiplayer, so it's a huge shame we can't play it anymore.

Hitman 2 on sale for 14$, Is it worth it?

    Posted: 24 Apr 2021 12:37 AM PDT

I am looking forward to buying this game, which is my first game in the series, but I need some honest information. I don't like spending much on games, so I won't get Hitman 3 yet (maybe when I get a PS5, which I will get once the price drops down). Is it worth it? and how long does it take to beat the main campaign? Is the story good? Thanks, I really appreciate any help.

Making my opinion clear (see description)

    Posted: 23 Apr 2021 08:43 AM PDT

Hey I posted 2 fan made roadmaps that sparked a discussion about IOI's Hitman post-launch. I personally think IOI are great devs but due to lack of communication the community is getting rightfully concerned. Normally they provide in the end and they deserve a second chance. I am just creating jokes and suggestions through the roadmaps, to be clear I am not sending hate to them. They know what they are doing and I do believe they care about us and will use our feedback. If not we can be rightfully disappointed. We should be hopeful and continue to provide constructive feedback through discussions, memes etc. Let's not lose hope and not turn to hate speech no matter what happens next, devs are people too :)

What's your favorite Hitman 2 Special Assignment?

    Posted: 23 Apr 2021 04:54 PM PDT

Personally, my favorite's Embrace of the Serpent for how it makes use of the jungle which was pretty barebones in the main mission in Santa Fortuna.

Love them or hate them, at the very least they're a reminder that IO is fully capable of releasing Elusive Targets permanently as standalone missions but choose not to.
