An easter egg in The Farewell... Posted: 02 Feb 2021 06:59 PM PST If you follow Diana and Vidal long enough, eventually Vidal starts guessing if certain deaths were because of Diana or not. Vidal asks if Blake Dexter (the main antagonist in Hitman Absolution) was an assassination, to which Diana replies "THAT was a parallel universe." Pretty cool easter egg, the devs poking fun at the Absolution canon. [link] [comments]

I'm enraged about Hitman:Blood money and Hitman WOA Trilogy reviews. Posted: 03 Feb 2021 02:02 AM PST People are viewing Hitman as a pure stealth game, and play the game like Disguises don't even exist.People compare Splinter cell or similar games with Hitman, but Hitman is not a generic stealth game where you "hide" from enemies in shadows, it's core feature is the disguse system. The reason absolution was not well received (in the Hitman community) is because the Disguse system wasn't that good compared to other Hitman games. Another point is they expected drastic changes during the WOA Trilogy, but when you have Hitman gameplay THIS good, you don't need anything to change. Also, people play a game from 2006 and expect everything to run smoothly. Edit: Another point i forgot is that Cyberpunk has a metacritic score of 85 and Hitman 3 a score of 87, which i take as an personal insult. [link] [comments]

The one who designed the second mission in Hitman 3 deserves a pay rise. Posted: 02 Feb 2021 04:02 PM PST So far this has to be the best mission I have played in this so far great trilogy. Absolutely superb. Who thought of the idea of agent 47 solving a murder case while assassinating someone ? Give him a pay rise. That was slick. I felt like I was making a fool out of everyone in the mansion, while actually solving them the murder case correctly. [link] [comments]

What is the purpose of the this certain disguise in Mendoza? Posted: 02 Feb 2021 09:17 PM PST So I got Hitman 3 a few days ago and I've played through all the maps. My favourite design wise so far is Mendoza and I've been messing around there. I'm curious though, what exactly is the purpose of the Providence Herald disguise? I figure it's somewhat important since there's a challenge to disguise yourself as one. My assumption was you could sit at the table during the meeting Yates hosts but when you enter the meeting room in the Herald disguise it's marked as a hostile area. Is there something else you're supposed to do with it? Sorry if this question is annoying or has already been asked, I'm just curious about it. [link] [comments]
