Posted: 06 Jul 2020 07:00 PM PDT I'm fairly new to the hitman games, I haven't really taken the time to dwell into any of them untill hitman 2016 came out & honestly it is one of the most underrated games of all time. This title should be along side other major franchises such as GTA or Assassins creed. [link] [comments]
How do you think elusive targets should be handled in Hitman 3?. Posted: 06 Jul 2020 11:37 PM PDT I think that they should switch to a constantly rotating system, so that as soon as the last elusive target finishes the first one starts again next month, that way you still fell excitement when the elusive target you want is available but you don't have the fear of if you miss one missing it forever, also include legacy elusive targets. Although what will probably happen is that they work in exactly the same way that they work now, after one or two reactivations they are gone forever. [link] [comments]
Posted: 06 Jul 2020 10:55 PM PDT I got introduced to Hitman in the past year and it quickly shot to the top of my list of favorite video games. I consider the new games to be one game since the gameplay is essentially identical. So the new iteration is actually my favorite video game of all time. I've never played anything with such replayability. I started in February and I'm still not close to being done with all challenges/escalations/etc. Because of how much I love them, I bought the Blood Money/Absolution bundle when it went on sale a few months ago. Got two Hitman games for 17 bucks. Can't pass that up. It actually took me a bit to start BM, as I was just so hooked on the new ones and I was playing through Uncharted, as well. I just finished BM tonight and I have to say, I'm not as impressed as I was hoping. I just think it really shows its age graphically and in gameplay. I was not a big fan of the disguise system. It was almost easier for me to finish in my suit than in a disguise because enemies would get suspicious at seemingly random times. There was no incentive to go back into each level and master it in different ways either. That's not to say I didn't enjoy it or have fun. Of course I did, it's Hitman. Curtains Down is one of my favorite levels of any game and rivals any of the maps in the new ones. I just don't think it was totally perfect like what the general consensus seems to be. So far, I am really enjoying Absolution. I know it's the black sheep of the family but there are a lot of elements that were used in the new games and, in terms of gameplay, it's very fluid and smooth. BM got frustrating at times with having to push the stick towards an obstacle to leap over it or on it and you had to be in the exact right spot. I'm not as upset with the linear nature of it as most are. I like not playing the exact same game every single time so changing it up isn't so bad. I definitely appreciate the legacy BM has and its influence on the franchise. It just wasn't my favorite and I don't have a lot of reasons to go back and play through again. [link] [comments]

Idea for location - UK Horse Race event. Posted: 07 Jul 2020 02:16 AM PDT Here's an idea I'm hoping for in the future. An English stately home that also serves host to a famous horse race. Think something like Goodwood race course (with it's big stately home) but with the level of renown as Ascot. (To the uninitiated, the Royals like to attend Ascot.) It could play in nicely with the uniform/disguise mechanic. You could access it as TV crew like in Miami, blend in as one of the many guests in their suits and costumes, and time assassinations in 15 minute periods when each horse race is happening. (Generally, every 15 -30 mins there's a different horse race where everyone is watching, and then they go about their business getting drinks and socialising in between) This could act as a window of opportunity as peoples attention is diverted elsewhere. So, you could have one target enjoying themselves around the race course and another target inside the stately home with higher security. Maybe they could be the host that likes to watch the races from the comfort of their own home through a window or something. Thoughts? [link] [comments]
What features “the players wanted since Season 1” you think are coming to H:III? Posted: 06 Jul 2020 07:21 PM PDT In the last video IO released they talk about HITMAN III being darker (love that) and a "love letter" to fans, giving things we wanted since Season one. What do you think and/or wish this things will be? Personally NPCs reacting to bloodpools and Double Ballers! [link] [comments]

I want to see how Maya Pavrati's team extracted Thomas Cross Posted: 06 Jul 2020 09:05 PM PDT Hearing one of the spec ops soldiers talking about it by the barn in Colorado makes me really want to see how it went down. Bagging Cross before the guards even notice is the kind of play 47 would acknowledge with an approving head nod (which is the most in his culture). [link] [comments]
(PC) What have you programmed your mouse side buttons to be? Posted: 07 Jul 2020 12:08 AM PDT I've gone for open door and agility action (vault, climb etc) because I see these as very common actions to help me not move my left hand as much. What have you gone for? [link] [comments]
Why do people hate absolution so much? Posted: 06 Jul 2020 11:57 PM PDT i have seen so much hate surrounding absolution saying it shouldnt be a hitman game its an epic fail and alot of stuff why do people say this? in my opinion it was the best hitman game for as it brought alot of changes in the mechanism from bloodmoney and the graphics were pretty good for a 2012 game and the story had a different plot from other hitman games considering that in other hitman games 47 has to follow the ICA and kill people on their saying but here he tries to save a girl and dedicates alot to it like i dont know why people hate it so much it was definately best hitman game i played :((( [link] [comments]
Posted: 07 Jul 2020 03:36 AM PDT Can you still take down guards with human shield? You think that can compromise You? If should really depend on how you do it. [link] [comments]

Lore compilation (help needed: ongoing list) Posted: 06 Jul 2020 01:00 PM PDT So I'm planning on putting together a playlist of all the little lore bits you can find in Hitman and Hitman 2-- things like phone conversations between characters you can only hear if you're in the right place, characters being mentioned by others as a cameo or alluding to future events, etc. I'm trying to think of each of them so I can post them here, but I'm more familiar with Hitman 2 than the first. Can anyone help me compile a list of moments like this? I'm thinking of moments like... Colorado: NPCs talk about Olivia Hall's personal security, NPCs speculate on who their boss could be, Penelope Graves speculates about who her boss could be and puts a lot of evidence together Hokkaido: Yuki makes phone calls to a Providence lawyer. I believe she also talks to Fanin on the phone, the man seen with The Constant in the cutscene with the vault (the one he tells to dig a trench) Nightcall: Alma and Orson discuss their assignments and complain about how much "smoke and mirrors" is involved because of their boss, Alma makes a phone call about her daughter (presumably the daughter of Sean Rose) Miami: The newscaster on TV talks about Sean Rose's body being discovered by kids in an abandoned orchard. Santa Fortuna: Lucas Grey has a conversation with Rico Delgado on speakerphone about a hostage he caught, got information from, and released Isle of Sgáil: An ex-CICADA NPC turns out to be Lucas' informant, and calls him to tell him to leave him alone after this, refusing to do any more favors after informing him of The Constant's poison chip. The Constant makes several phone calls trying to figure out what Lucas Grey's game is, and whether Janus really was involved. I know there's more than this, and I'm sure I'll find them in the process of recording, but if anyone has any they can think of to add to the list, please let me know! I like having all the little tidbits of lore like this in one place, so the playlist will be really useful I think. [link] [comments]
